The Soda Factory, Taman Desa

And finally, I visited The Soda Factory. It located at Taman Desa, Kuala Lumpur. Was recommended by my friends. Here it goes,

 

So this is the shop, sorry for the bad photo quality. Its a small shop, very small like it can only fit 5 tables if not mistaken and 2 tables outside.

Florentina RM15

Alright, there it goes with there foods. They’re famous in sourdough pizza. Then I ordered a Florentina with bayam, olives, garlic, egg, tomato sauce, and parmesan cheese. As you can see above, quite a regular size of six slices pizza which cost RM15. I like their pizza, cause its made of sourdough which taste really good and special on its own.

Whirlybird RM15

And so then, I ordered a waffle- Sourdough waffle as well. Its a 2 Belgian style waffle, caramelized crunch exterior with a chewy centre. And served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. This is served with fresh cinnamon apple, and caramel drizzle which name Whirlybird that cost for RM15 too. I really love it! Really different from others cafe’s waffles.

And lastly, they supply soda too named, The Tapping Tapir.

The pictures say it all. their fruity soda and fruity ice cream cost RM6, and RM5-7. They have several flavor of sparkling soda with natural ingredients like, apple and vanilla, hibiscus and lime, grapefruit and camomile and others. For the potong ice cream (as artisan pop) they have Cherry root beer, watermelon fizz and few flavor which cost RM5 and limited POP cost for RM7 as its a “today’s flavor”

They supply The Tapping Tapir (sparkling soda) to other cafes too as you can see some of the cafe are selling but quite pricey like RM12-15. Maybe you can drop of here at The Soda Factory, you can try their pizza, waffles, soda all at once with cheaper price right?

And their opening hours only Friday, Saturday, and Sunday!
