Yes, this is one of the amazing cafes located at Petaling Street that you must visit. This cafes opened in the year 2013, and it located at first floor of the shophouse.

The art by Coffee Amo. Cute and alien-y right. I like the drawing a lot.

Tray Cafe, Plaza Damas

So I saw people liking Tray Cafe. And I went for a try.
I’m standing out there, looking for places cause it is just a small cafe which quite squeezy for everyone. And I even went in to have a look whether there is any place for 5 of us. And the point is, the worker there are not serving us, they didn’t even ask how many of us and they just leave us hanging like that. I quite mad about it. I feel like they quite look down on people, its like I don’t have money to eat your foods, your foods are pricey, for rich people. So, there goes the very first bad image of the worker, and the cafe as well.
I don’t know what are they busying, I even get myself the menu from somewhere at the tray beside. So here it goes their menu. They have lunch special too written on the board.
So after I took ordered for lunch, I looked around the cafe and they serves many types of cakes too. So, I ordered some cakes before main course are served.
A Red Velvet (RM14), Rocky bar (RM10), and scones (RM5.20). Not bad for red velvet and rocky bar. But i need to comment a lil it on the scones, it doesn’t taste like scones at all, the taste is good, buttery, but the texture is like cake, umm, soft cake kind.

Sesame-Soy Grilled Chicken Chop with Asian Couscous. This is delicious, chicken is soft and tasty, and their couscous taste real good with carrot, pomegranate, and veges.

IMG_8127
Seafood Pasta Spaghetti in a Red Laksa Pesto (RM28.10)
They serve a lot of seafood in and a little bit of pasta only. But this taste not bad too.

Okra Baked in Tomato and Ginger with Asian Couscous (RM19.60)
Just nice.

Asparagus and Pucuk Paku Salad with Sesame and Tarragon (RM22.80)
These asparagus are too old. And the sauce is nice.
PS: Overall, their service is so lousy. We observe that they serve other customer which is their ‘known customer’ so well, they welcomed them so happily and prepare table for them, and serve bigger plate of foods for them. I don’t know, but we did observed bout it. They don’t serve well those new ‘tray cafe’ customer. Like so boo. And this make me won’t go for second time I guess.
My point is, their service too lousy. I can’t stop mention about it, because that day i’m real mad about their services.
